As an Administrator, start a new POWERSHELL command-line prompt.
Create a CSV file.
In our example, we create a CSV file named MYFILE in the root of drive C.
Read from a CSV file using Powershell.
Perform the bulk creation of domain user accounts.
In our example, we created 3 user accounts on the Active Directory.
Verify the existence of the new user accounts.
