As an administrator, start an elevated command prompt.
Create an entry on the Windows registry.
This entry will disable the quick access feature on the File explorer.

Optionally, disable the view of the frequent folders and recent files.
Access the properties of the File explorer.
On the File explorer properties screen, access the General tab, and perform the following configuration:
• Open File explorer to - This PC
• Show recently used files in Quick access - No
• Show frequently used folders in Quick access - No
Click on the OK button.
