Tutorial iDrac – Enterprise License Installation
Access The Dell website and download a trial license.
You will receive a ZIP file containing the iDrac license.
Extract the XML from the ZIP file to get your 30 days trial Enterprise License file.
Open a browser software, enter the IP address of your iDRAC interface and access the administrative web interface.
On the prompt screen, enter the administrative login information.
Factory default access information:
• Username: root
• Password: calvin
After a successful login, the administrative menu will be displayed.
Access the Server menu and select the License option.
On the License screen, select the import option and upload the license XML file.
Wait for the license upload process to finish and log out of the iDrac web interface.
Access again the iDrac web interface and verify the status of your iDrac license.
Congratulations! You have finished the iDrac license installation successfully.
