Tutorial Office 365 – Schedule email sending
Access the Office 365 portal.
Access the Outlook application.
Click on the New mail button.
On the Send button, select the option Schedule send.
Select the option Custom time.
Set the date and time.
Click on the Send button.
In our example, we sent a scheduled email message using Outlook from Office365.
